Halloween Housing Decorating Contest

1) Participants in the contest are required to send a photo of their Halloween display to MWR_Yokosuka_COMCTR@fe.navy.mil
The deadline for submission is Tuesday, October 19.

2) Submission email must include the following:
- Base Location: Yokosuka or Ikego
- Town House Address or Tower Name and Apartment Number
- Your Name
- Your Phone Number

3) Submission photos will be uploaded to the Yokosuka MWR Happenings Facebook page for community voting. Community voting will begin at noon on Wednesday, October 20 and end at noon on Wednesday, October 27.

4) The community votes will determine the 1st & 2nd place winners for the following Best Decorated locations:
- Best Decorated House/Yard in Yokosuka
- Best Decorated House/Yard in Ikego
- Best Decorated Tower/Balcony in Yokosuka
- Best Decorated Tower/Balcony in Ikego

5) Winners for each category will be announced on Friday, October 29 and presented with an MWR Gift Certificate.

6) Submission of a photo provides voluntary consent to have the address and photo publicized in connection with the event.
