2019 Youth Summer Camp

YOUTH SPORTS CAMP
Summer Camps are one week long training camps for specific sports; each camp is normally held Monday - Friday for two hours.
• 5 - 8 years old: 9 - 11 a.m.
• 9 - 18 years old: Noon - 2 p.m.

Camps are led by qualified staff & volunteers, who will take youth through the skills and knowledge required to be more sucessful at the sports.

Parents will receive an email before each camp letting them know when, where and times for the clinic. All camps will be held at Yokosuka.

FITNESS: FIT-4-LIFE
June 17 - August 16 • Purdy Fitness Center
Fit 4 Life is a physical fitness and nutrition education program designed to provide kids with the knowledge and skills needed to lead a healthier, more physically active, and nutritious lifestyle. This 9 week program is broken down into 1-week camps. Parents can register their children for as many of the 1-week camps as desired; priority goes to kids who meet the “at-risk” criteria and are capped at 12 individuals per age group, per week. Children ages 11 - 14 will attend the morning sessions from 9 a.m. – Noon. Children ages 7 - 10 will attend the afternoon sessions from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. For more details please contact the MWR Fitness Office at 241-4486.
