Beach Body Challenge

January 1, 2019 - March 31, 2019
This ongoing Beach Body Challenge is a self-paced Fitness Challenge geared towards losing body fat percentage. To sign up for this challenge, visit the MWR Fitness Office to get your initial Body Composition Assessment. Then set a goal for how much body fat % you want to lose. Check in periodically until you meet your goal. Once you meet your goal you have the chance to win some MWR Fitness SWAG!
